Our client had a very specific request for a one of a kind cutting board. The board had to be face grain to showcase the natural beauty of the wood. The dimensions of the final product had to be 18 inches by 24 inches and 3 inches thick. This meant we had to source a very thick slab to create this beautiful piece for the client. This cutting board was created from a single piece of black walnut. We added elegant brass feet as well as solid brass bar around the outer edge to really bring this cutting board to its own level of elegance. This is the kind of home decor that is not only beautiful but is also usable. The initial to the client was also branded into the face of the cutting board bringing a personal touch to the piece.
